Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been opened, worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or otherwise used.
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return. Please contact us at support@boardroomboho.com before sending anything back.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a product issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
